Nustify suits a student who wants self-paced lectures, video solutions to past papers and a course for any NET category, and is ready to pay for it. Its three 200-question FLPs are free with just a name and email. SailToNUST suits a student who wants free chapter practice with a written explanation on every MCQ and six full NET-Engineering papers, with no sign-up.

SailToNUST publishes this post and is one of the two sites compared. Every Nustify fact below comes from nustify.com, its FAQ page and its test portal at test.nustify.com, as they read on 20 October 2026. Prices and test lists change, so check those pages before you pay.

Nustify's aggregate calculator uses NET 75%, FSc 15% and Matric 10%. That matches NUST's published merit formula, so both calculators should give you the same number. The merit formula post shows the arithmetic.

What Nustify does better

Teaching. Nustify's homepage lists lectures by subject experts and video solutions to past papers. SailToNUST has no video at all. If you can't learn a chapter from the textbook, a written explanation under an MCQ won't fill that gap. A lecture might.

Every NET category. Nustify sells separate courses for Engineering, Computing, Business, Social Sciences, Applied Sciences and Law. Its portal has full-length papers for Business and Applied Sciences. SailToNUST's six full papers are NET-Engineering only. A BBA or biotechnology applicant gets more full-paper practice from Nustify.

A ranking after each test. Nustify's test pages promise a percentile ranking. SailToNUST gives you a score and the explanations, but no comparison with other students.

Counselling and a community. Nustify lists career counselling sessions and a peer community. SailToNUST has neither and no teacher to ask.

Updates after each NET. Nustify's FAQ says it "uploads new tests after every NET", and that course access lasts "till NET-4 when the intake is initiated".

What SailToNUST does better

Price. SailToNUST costs nothing, with no account and no ads. Nustify's FLPs are free too, but its courses are paid, and you get the fee by contacting it on WhatsApp, email or Instagram.

Volume of practice. SailToNUST has 9,760 MCQs sorted into 115 chapters: Maths 1,902, Physics 2,643, English 833, Chemistry 1,340, Biology 2,480 and Quantitative maths 562. You can drill one chapter, such as differentiation, until it stops costing you marks. Nustify's test portal holds 950 questions across its 9 tests.

More full Engineering papers. SailToNUST has six NET-Engineering papers of 200 MCQs against the one Engineering FLP on Nustify's portal. The CBNET simulator copies the computer-based NET screen, so test day looks familiar.

More recall material. SailToNUST's past MCQs hold 2,927 recall questions. Nustify's six past-paper tests hold 350. NUST does not publish its papers, so both sets come from candidates' memory. Are NET past papers real? covers what that means.

Use both if you need lectures

The two sites don't do the same job, so using both is reasonable.

  • Engineering or Computing, self-studying: Use SailToNUST for chapter practice and its six full papers. Sit Nustify's free Engineering FLP as a seventh paper.
  • You need someone to teach a chapter: Pay for Nustify's course for the lectures, then drill that chapter on SailToNUST until your accuracy holds.
  • Business, Applied Sciences, Social Sciences or Law: Nustify has free full papers for Business and Applied Sciences. SailToNUST does not. Use SailToNUST's English, Maths and Biology chapters for drills and Nustify's FLPs for full papers.

If you are weighing other options too, best NUST NET prep websites lists ten. For free mocks, see SailToNUST vs Parhlai. For 20 more free Engineering papers, see SailToNUST vs Nustrive.
